Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Recipe by Andros Gourmand & Végétal
- 2 pots of Andros Peach Yoghurt
- ½ Mango
- Pinapple wedges
- Passion Fruit Juice (50g)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Kiwi
- To decorate: coconut flakes, extra fruit, granola, lime zest (optional)
- 1.Blend together the peach yoghurt, mango, pineapple and passion fruit juice.
- 2.Pour into a bowl and then decorate with whatever takes your fancy!
- 3.We love ours with kiwi, granola and coconut flakes.
- 4.Serve chilled.
For a thicker consistency, freeze mango and pineapple prior to blending.
