  • 50g vegan butter alternative
  • 50g white vegetable fat
  • 250g icing sugar
  • Finely grated zest of 1 large orange
  • 1 tbsp Andros Peach


  • 1.Using a stand mixer or hand-held electric whisk, beat together the butter alternative and white vegetable fat until creamy.
  • 2.Gradually beat in the icing sugar with the orange zest.
  • 3.Finally beat in the Andros. Cover and chill for up to 1 hour.


If making a three-tier celebration cake, make three times the quantity of frosting above and use 1 x 100g pot of Peach Yoghurt.
