Peach and Orange Frosting
Recipe by Andros Gourmand & Végétal
- 50g vegan butter alternative
- 50g white vegetable fat
- 250g icing sugar
- Finely grated zest of 1 large orange
- 1 tbsp Andros Peach
- 1.Using a stand mixer or hand-held electric whisk, beat together the butter alternative and white vegetable fat until creamy.
- 2.Gradually beat in the icing sugar with the orange zest.
- 3.Finally beat in the Andros. Cover and chill for up to 1 hour.
If making a three-tier celebration cake, make three times the quantity of frosting above and use 1 x 100g pot of Peach Yoghurt.
