Berry Smoothie Bowl
Recipe by Andros Gourmand & Végétal
- 2 pots of Andros Strawberry Yoghurt
- A handful of Raspberries
- A handful of Strawberries
- A handful blueberries and blackberries
- A banana
- A kiwi
- Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1.Blend the yoghurt with the raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants and blueberries.
- 2.Decorate with slices of banana and kiwi.
- 3.For added crunch, sprinkle granola and maple syrup to taste.
- 4.Enjoy chilled.
For a thicker consistency, freeze berries prior to blending.
